The location was excellent and the cleanliness of the room was commendable, with the staff providing extra towels on request. However, the bathroom lacked an air extractor, which made it foggy after showers, and the mattress comfort could use improvement. It's a fine choice for a family getaway or short stay.

Comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep.
We experienced significant issues with room cleanliness. There were visible stains on the carpet and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. The staff's response to our concerns was lackluster, taking longer than expected to address the problems.

I had a great time staying at the Hilton Garden on Hilton Head Island. The location was spot on with easy access to nearby attractions. My room, the One-Bedroom Queen Suite, was spacious with comfy beds. The outdoor pool area was a fantastic place to unwind after a busy day. Staff members were super friendly, ready to assist whenever needed. Breakfast options were decent, but a little pricey considering the quality. The elevator situation was a hassle. not all of them were working, causing some delays getting to my room. During my stay, I also noticed that the bathroom cleanliness could have been better. There was dirt around the toilet and a hair on the bedding. Overall, some areas require attention, but overall I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back.

The Evolution One-Bedroom Queen Suite boasts spacious accommodations perfect for families, offering plenty of room to unwind. Its outdoor pool is a great spot to relax after busy days, providing a refreshing escape from the heat.
The hotel shows its age with rooms needing updates, leading to a lack of cleanliness that could be improved. Paying for breakfast feels unjustified when considering the limited options available, especially for the price point. It can also be tricky to navigate the hotel layout, making it inconvenient to access certain amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a quick drive from the beach, and the staff were friendly—especially the check-in girl who offered us bottled water after our beach day. The rooms were comfortable, a must for our two teenagers.
My kids wished there were more activities for teens. A dedicated game room would have added some fun to our downtime.

The rooms were clean, and I loved that they welcomed pets, especially since I took my puppy Bella along! The pool was refreshing, and I enjoyed some downtime in the cozy lounge area. Just a small note, the breakfast could use a little more variety, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 🐾
